The Surry - Sussex Building Department would like to invite you to a 2021 Code Change class on December 5, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Southeast 4-H Educational Center located at 15189 Airfield Rd., Wakefield, VA 23888.

The basis of this free training class will allow the Building Official to discuss the significant changes to the 2021 Codes that will take effect January 6, 2025. We hope you can attend this very important informational class.
