Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 15.2-2507 of the Code of Virginia that the Sussex County Board of Supervisors intends to consider an amendment to increase the FY16 Budget in the amount of $ 4,261,348 to finish incomplete contracted and other capital projects carried over from FY2015. A public hearing is scheduled for September 17, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the General District Courthouse, Sussex Judicial Center, 15098 Courthouse Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884.
