Sussex Service Authority providing COVID-19 Utility Relief for Qualified Residential and Commercial Customers

CARES Act assistance application may assist for bills dated March 1, 2020, to December 30, 2020, and may not be used for past due amounts prior to this time period or after this time period.

Funding is designed to be a one-time opportunity, with only one payment per household (for residential) or account holder and their successors (for non-residential).

Funding can be used for the following bills:

Water
Wastewater

COVID-19 Municipal Utility Relief Program

Download and review the application to determine whether or not you are eligible.
Contact Sussex Service Authority to obtain the amount and statement required for # 3 on the form.
Submit the completed form by January 29, 2021.

Deadline for Applying

Forms must be completed and submitted along with the statement demonstrating total arrearage from March 1, 2020 - December 30, 2020 from Sussex Service Authority by January 29, 2021.
