Residents of the Town may register to vote or update their voter registration online or in person at the General Registrar's Office. Due to the Coronavirus Outbreak, please consider applying to vote absentee by mail. You may request an absentee application online or over the phone at (434) 246-1045.
For the convenience of eligible citizens, the Voter Registration Office located at the Sussex Government Complex will be open for absentee voting:
- Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Saturday, May 2, 2020 9:00AM - 5:00PM
The last day to register or update your address is April 13, 2020 by 5PM.
The last day to request absentee by mail is April 28, 2020 until 5PM, in person.
Absentee is available until May 2, 2020.
