Notice is hereby given that the Sussex County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the General District Courtroom, Sussex Judicial center, 15098 Courthouse Road, Susses, Virginia to consider passage of the following:
Varianc Request #2016-01: The applicant, B & B Consultants, is requesting a variance from the side yard setback requirement for a corner lot, pursuant to Article V, Section 16-79 of the County's Zoning Ordinance in order to allow the construction of a church. The property in question (consisting of approximately 1.87 acres) is identified as tax map number 147A-1-B-13 and is located in Sussex Gards Subdivion at the intersection of Blue Star Highway (U.S Route 301) and Moore Street in the Henry Election District.
