Notice is hereby given that the Sussex County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, Sussex Judicial Center, 15098 Courthouse Road, Sussex, Virginia to consider passage of the following:

Ordinance Amendment #2013-01:  An ordinance is proposed to amend and re-ordain Section 16-22 (Use Regulations) of the Zoning Ordinance by a adding a new sub-section that would permit licensed farm distilleries, breweries and wineries per VA Code Section 15.2-2288.3 in the A-1, General Agricultural, Zoning District.  

A copy of the above stated request is available for review in the Planning Department during regular business hours Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
