The Sussex County Board of Supervisors adopted the updated 2022 Richmond-Crater Hazard Mitigation Plan on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
The plan consists of hazard mitigation actions to reduce the potential for harm to people and property from future hazard occurrences and satisfies a condition to receive future funding for mitigation projects under multiple FEMA pre- and post-disaster mitigation grant programs.
A copy of the Richmond-Crater Hazard Mitigation Plan and other supporting documentation are available for review below.
