Your organization/agency has requested and/or received funding from Sussex in prior years. For that cause we have provided you with the attached FY2020 External Agency Funding Request form. Please note that the Sussex County funding request process includes provisions for the County’s Board of Supervisors with relevant data and information to better understand the comprehensive nature of service needs and/or program demands throughout Sussex County. Therefore, all agencies requesting any funding from Sussex County must submit their budget request packet, to include the following:

1. External Agency Budget Request Form: Each agency must complete the “External Agencies Budget Request Form,” a copy which is included. Sections 1-10 must be completed in its entirety. ‘N/A’ will not be accepted as a proper response. Please place the form as the first document in your budget packet.
2. Please submit a copy of your agency’s most recent financial statement.

Your budget request will not be considered unless this information is received. Your funding request must be submitted to the following:
