Conditional Use Permit Application #2015-02: Pursuant to Section 16-369, of the Zoning Ordinance, the applicant, Verizon Wireless, seeks a conditional use permit to construct and operate a new 199’ monopole communication tower and related accessory improvements on tax map number 12-A- 7 (consisting of 314.05 acres). The parcel in question, owned by Dale L. Cupp, is zoned A-1, General Agricultural District. The site in question is located at 22245 Cabin Point Road, Disputanta, VA 23842 in the Blackwater Election District.
