Invitation for Bid #2019-04 Housing Rehabilitation Services

The County of Sussex, VA is hereby soliciting written, sealed bids from licensed and insured general contractors to perform housing rehabilitation improvements on two single-family houses located in the Waverly, Virginia as part of the Sussex County Regional Urgent Need grant. The funds used to rehabilitate this home are provided via federal Urgent Needs Open Submission (UNOS) Grant / Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds as administrated by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VDHCD). Bid packetsmay be picked up at the Sussex County Housing Office at 233-L South County Drive, Waverly VA 23890 between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or by calling 434-246-1002. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 13th, 2019.
