CONTRACT FOR:         CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Project – 617 Railroad Avenue, Wakefield, VA 23888, James and Vizel Turner, Owner(s)

Sussex County intends to award a contract pursuant to IFB# 23-01 to Wilkins and Company, Inc. for construction services related to the Pocahontas Neighborhood Revitalization Project.  The services involve making certain improvements to a residential property as a part of a Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation Project, as more fully set forth in the Invitation for Bids.
