Notice is hereby given that Sussex County has determined that Columbia Gas of Virginia is the only source practicably available to provide natural gas master planning and conceptual engineering design services for the Sussex County Megasite.
Sussex County intends to award this contract to Columbia Gas of Virginia on or after Friday, June 2, 2023.
