PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Sussex County Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting on November 17, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm at the at the Sussex County General District Courthouse, Sussex Judicial Center, 15098 Courthouse Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884, will consider adopting an ordinance to establish a technology zone located at the Sussex County Megasite and surrounding properties.

A copy of the proposed ordinance and map can be found at www.sussexcountyva.gov. Interested citizens may review or obtain copies of the proposed ordinance at the County Administration Office located at 20135 Princeton Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884, during regular business hours Monday through Friday.  

Citizens are encouraged to submit comments or questions on the proposed ordinance in writing to the County Administration Office or by email at sricks@sussexcountyva.gov.
