The County of Sussex, Virginia is hereby soliciting written quotations from individuals to perform demolition of two (2) improvements located in the Town of Waverly, VA. The funds used to demolish these structures are provided via federal Community Improvement Grant / Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds as administrated by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VDHCD). Quotation specifications may be picked up at the Sussex County Administration Office at 20135 Princeton Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm by calling 434-246-1000 or by accessing the County’s website at www.sussexcountyva.gov.
