The Director of Finance ensures fiscal integrity through the establishment of sound processes that safeguard assets. The Director of Finance manages the development and execution of the County's annual budget, performs various types of evaluation, research and analyses for the County Administrator, processes and manages an accurate and timely payroll for County employees, the Sheriff, General District Court, Registrar, Treasurer and Commissioner of Revenue.
The Director of Finance processes County and Constitutional Officer's invoices, travel advances and expenditures, risk management claims and debt payment, in accordance with budgetary controls and disbursements policies and procedures.
