Pursuant to Section 15.2-2204 of the Virginia Code, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom – Sussex Judicial Center, 15098 Courthouse Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884 to consider the following:

Special Use Permit (SUP) #2025-02: The applicant, Sussex Tech, LLC, is seeking a special use permit to allow for a data center along with accessory uses within the General Agricultural (A-1) District on approximately 2,015 acres as a use not currently provided for in the Sussex County Zoning Ordinance. The properties are located on the north side of General Mahone Highway (Route 460) which lies in the area between the Town of Waverly and Cabin Point Road (Route 602) on Tax Parcel(s) 7-A-14, 7-A-20, 7-A-21, 7-A-22, 7-A-23, 7-A-29, 7-A-36, 8-A-5, 8-A-6, 8-A-7, 8-A-8, 16-A-3, 16-A-17, and a portion of 28A3-A-21A in Sussex County, VA.
