Notice is hereby given that the County of Sussex has accepted the bid of the above noted Contractor, made in response to and Invitation for Big issued August 28, 2023, and title Pocahontas Community Improvement Project subject to all conditions and requirements of the solicitation, purchase, specifications, warranties, required bonds, Contract Agreement, ad other stipulations, if any.
