NOTICE pursuant to Sections 15.2-1508 and 15.2-1427 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, is hereby given that the Sussex County Board of Supervisors on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the General District Courtroom, 15098 Courthouse Road, Sussex, Virginia 23884, will consider the adoption of an ordinance providing a 2% one-time bonus for full-time employees in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review in the County Administrator’s Office, 20135 Princeton Road, Sussex, Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.  Any person requiring physical or sensory assistance should contact the County Administrator’s Office at 434-246-1000 a minimum of three business days prior to this meeting.
