Permit Fee Schedule
Generally
No permit required by the building code to begin work for new construction or any other building operation shall be issued until the fees prescribed by this section have been paid, nor shall an amendment, for any reason, to a permit be approved until the additional fee has been paid.
Administrative Services
The fees for administrative services shall be as follows:

| If an application for a permit is cancelled by written request to the Building Official within six months of the application date or within twelve months of the issue date, a refund will be granted. The following fee will be deducted from the refund: | 30% |
